1.8.2 contact sync wrong direction

I've been attempting to clean up my contacts and some of the data related to the contacts. I've been making all of the updates in Outlook 2010 on my Win7 x64 system and syncing to my Galaxy S3. In my latest sync in the confirmation for sync window I see the entries I've changed in Outlook but MPE is defaulting to using the entry from the Phone.

In that I updated the record in Outlook why is MPE attempting to use the data from the phone which is now wrong? For the Sync mode I'm using "Sync Both". I'm expecting MPE to take the latest info from whatever device and updating the other.

Since the phone contacts have no Last-Edited-Timestamp MyPhoneExplorer will use the phone item when the Outlook Item was NOT changed since the last sync, otherwise the Outlook item will be used. Did you change the system time or system Timezone on PC ?
