I tryed this in work and at home too, on the same os.
Reinstall is only one thing that could help, but after a while this error message appears again. Therefore I have to reinstall on each use.

What you mean with "while" - you start MyPhoneExplorer and then it crashes after some time or does it happen after restart of the PC ?

It's simple, I click on desktop icon after installation. App starts with no problem. Then I shut down app and after a while (cca 2-3 minutes) I run program again, but with those error messages. After that I have to reinstall it and it is working again, but after a while the same error apears.
Restart does not solve this problem ! It happens with or without restart of os.
What is run-time error 440 ?
I have english version of XP with slovak language mui.

Hello roxor,
i think you connect your phone with Bluetooth and Toshiba's BT-Stack, right?
There's a problem and known bug with Toshiba's stack in earlier
versions (3.xx). If possible try to update to version 4.x.
In the german FAQ's is a description of this BT fault, but sorry, not yet
in english.

Sorry, excuse me I have Sony Erricson K510i with USB data cable and with bluetooth too. With bluetooth my mobile did not work under My phone explorer (cannot find any bluetooth device - connection to the BT USB key was established, and it works under Master mobile), but via USB it works ! Hmmm, I don't think this is problem of cellphone, because this error apears with or without connected cellphone. It seems to be an application error.
I have Epox BT-DG07A+

Sorry,
because of the lots of entrys like
COMx=\Device\portex
in your logfile my tip was directed to the Toshiba-Stack.
Did you ever try the MS-Stack?
Note: MS-Stack has no audio support, but works more stable for serial connections.

Maybe there's a problem within Windows' systemrecovery, that replaces
controls from MPE with other versions.

I don't think its a problem with the connection, Mr. Deauvilles Tip with the system-recovery could be possible.
