Sync problems after updating PC version to 1.8.4

I am having terrible problems after updating my PC with the new version. The sychronisation of my calender alternates between adding and deleting the same items over and over again. I am not sure if this has to do with my for the first time, checking do not sych for several old items that I could not understand why they were being sychronised (no change). Also I made the mistake of checking delete old items when I meant to check delete for one particular item while I was in the calender (week) view in My Phone Explorer. I cannot find any way to undo this, and I do not want all my old items deleted.

After updating to 1.8.4., several appointments were rescheduled, but not deleted from their previous time slots (Syncing Outlook 2007 and HTC Rezound with ICS). Also, MPE decided to sync several dozen old, completed, intentionally saved, and previously correctly synced tasks.

With 1.8.4 i did implement another interface to Outlook which works much faster and without security warning. The new interface does interpret some special chars in another way, cause of this MyPhoneExplorer does detect many changes on the first sync.

Click in the organizer view of MyPhoneExplorer on the second button (Download entire). This will load the whole content from phone, all data in myPhoneExplorer will be overwritten
