Both Ways File Sync

Presently MPE supports only two methods of "one way" file sync
- Phone -> PC (phone is master; files on PC are overwritten, one way only)
- PC -> Phone (PC is master; files on Phone are overwritten, one way only)

when are you planning to support "both ways" file sync
- Phone <--> PC (newer versions of files on phone overwrite the PC files and vice versa)
