Phone can't be recognized

Hello,

I have a SE W810 and since a few weeks now I have a problem with the connection between MyPhoneExplorer and my phone: I get the message 'Phone not recognized'. Until then the program worked just fine on both my desktop and laptop. But the problem appeared simultaneously on both pc's. So I checked the bluetooth ports and they are set to 'serial'. No problems with BT on my phone also. I removed MyPhoneExplorer completely and installed it again ( v1.5.8 ) but I get the same result... Advice anyone? Grtz

Apparently the connection problem with my laptop is gone, it works again. But the problem still persists on my desktop...

You have to activate the serial connection. Its not enought to install gthe serial bt-ports only
