Synchronising calendar events

I want to edit my calendar (especially delete some old events) using MPE then synchronise with my K750i. however, when i click synchronise, the deleted events from MPE get un-deleted. I presume they are being overwritten from my phone but how do i stop this from happening?

Do you sync your calendar with any third-party-app like Outlook ?

I still have the Sony Ericsson software installed and that uses outlook express to sync to. Should I uninstall that?

MPE does not give me an option to sync calendar with another application. Contacts can be synced with outlook express but disabling that still doesn't help

I read the logfile. I don't know why - your change-counter has resetted.
- Create a event directly in the phone
- download fresh calendar to MyPhoneExplorer
- try to sync now

that seems to do the trick. and after a few other bugs (duplicate copies of the new event) it's now all working happily.

May I ask that when you double-click on a date in the calendar it takes you to the edit window and a right click brings up a pop up menu with the edit/add appointment/add note etc.. options.
