Synching with Outlook Calendar

The ability to synch with Outlook Calendar seems very flakey - sometimes it works, and sometimes not. Am I doing something silly - what are the basic steps I need to take to make sure it is done correctly, or what di I have to make sure I have done?

It seems to work sometimes, so I THINK that I have set it up correctly?

What beahaviour do you see when it works NOT and when does the problem appear - at start of the sync or at the end ?

What SEEMS to be happening is that the contacts sync when contacts are showing in MPE, and calendar syncs when calendar is showing in MPE. Is this supposed to happen? I would have expected that all sync elements sync when I ask for sync, not just the bit that is showing on the screen at the time?

Thats right, you can use MultiSync if you want to sync all contents
