multi-sms problems

thanks for the wonderful prgoram so far
having the following problem
when sending from MPE a message that is more than one sms length, the message sending fails and the program is unable to conenct to phone.

tried saving the messaging as draft, the same problem occurs

any solution?

You have set the wrong port, please read the FAQ

tried setting a diff com port but the other port doesnt work
tried installign the modem drivers but for some reason, windows doesn't install it -using just the usb driers for now-

and now, some of my sms previously complete are now incomplete with the (...) anyway to get them back>

I don't know why you dont understand the FAQs
- connect your phone to the cable
- start MyPhoneExplorer
- post the first ten lines of the logfile

Your modem-ports arent installed.
- uninstall all drivers which are installed for the phone
- restart your pc and connect the phone with the cable
- insert the original CD (bundled with the phone)
- install the drivers again
