Strange Sync Problem

Hi,
Have been using MPE very successfully for ages. PC is on Outlook 2010 and phone is HTC Desire. Phone had an update recently and all my calendar data seemed to be lost. I forced Outlook to phone and all the data is back, so everything appeared to be normal.

HOWEVER, when I do a sync now MPE wants to recreate a lot of my old appointments at the date/time of syncing - so I have to stop it creating a lot of appointments (from the past) into the diary on the date I am doing the sync. For each of these appointments it creates the current time (of sync) and an appointment length of 10 minutes.

All very strange. Have tried forcing phone to Outlook, but it still does the same.

Can you help me please?

Probably the phone fetches the old data itself from Google - outside MyPhoneExplorer
