Contact damage/change from phone to windows

I sync contacts from my android Samsung Infuse and my Windows Contacts on Win7.

Everything works great and I get the Confirmation Window to verify how I want the sync to go when duplicates or discrepancies are found.

2 issues are causing problems:

1) There should be a choice for "Do Nothing This Time" instead of "Never"

2) BIG ISSUE is that if I choose to either make a new entry in Windows from the Phone item, or if I use the Phone data to overwrite the Windows data on an existing contact...The resulting contact in Windows cannot be opened because somehow the filed has been corrupted or damaged. The icon appears completely different and an error message pops up saying that "An unknown error has occurred..."

I make the majority of updating edits on my phone as I find new info on the run. Then use that to update the contacts on my computer. Since there is no choice that lets me complete the sync just skipping these contacts I have to let the sync go and destroy those contacts on my computer. Then I have to go through my list in Windows Contacts and create a new contact with all the data from my Phone. Then do this all over again if it changes.

What is happening? I have checked all the options in the Settings of MPE and cannot find anything that would do this damage or change it in any way other than updated details.

1) Tell me the sense of do not sync now but the next time. You can also undo exceptions in the settings for the sync

2) Please send me a "corrupt" contact-File zipped via email so i can reproduce and fix the problem.
