After upgrading the phone os via update service, i cannot connect to the phone anymore via MPE. i have got the message during identification... ( Connection to phone cannot be established : Phone could not be identified.
PC : W7 professionnel with outlook 2010
Phone : Sony ericson Vivaz
After some hours , i have done a lot of manipulation. reset the phone and etc.
But it seems that the last manipulation is the right one.
I delete the user in MPE. then i went to setting and then i click on "search for device". Now i'm able to be connected to the phone. i f i clicked on monitor or memory status it's ok. but the synchro doesn't work.
After, switch off and switch on, the phone and MPE. Everything is fine now.
