sunc Android phone with both Outlook and Lotus Notes

To start apologies if I'm repeating already existing question.

I have HTC Desire. For all my personal contacts/calendar I'm keeping it all on my computer Outlook 2007. However, my work is using Lotus Notes.

Is it possible to synchronize my phone with both ? However, I want my Outlook and Notes to keep only its own data. So not relay synchronizing but just adding the entries to the phone.

Whenever I synchronize with one (notes or Outlook) the other is overwriting the phone contents and erasing all existing data.

Which is the intention of synchronisation somehow.....

UNtested idea: link a secondary Google account to the phone and then sync Outlook to contacts/calendar of the primary and Notes to the secondary account.
The phone should show all entries regardless of the source. And of course it is not necessary to sync the accounts with Google online.

Theoretically you can sync with Lotus and also with Outlook, but its not possible to sync Lotus into Calendar x on phone and Outlook to Calendar Y on phone
