MyPhoneExplorer - deleted messages?

Actually, I search this program just to recover deleted messages because in a lot of webs people saids that this was a really good program to recover deleted messages or achives, but I don't know how to do it S: .. Can anyone explain me how to recover deleted messages from the phone with MyPhoneExlporer?

Are you talking about SMS? If that is the case, let's say you have deleted some sms from the phone. When you sync MPE will noticed that and ask you wether you want to keep them on the PC or not.
So you can recover SMS deleted on the phone provided you sync them before through MPE and if you say MPE to keep them on the sync after deletion.
