SMS preview font size

I recently installed 1.8.1 and find that now the font size in the sms preview window (message inbox) has grown rather large. It would be good to have a way of reducing this font back to the size it was with 1.8.0.

Please don't reduce the size! Now my son can finally read the messages without problem. Why do you want it smaller?

Well for me it is much too big, they are my messages I don't want everyone in the office reading them. As with all things on a personal computer this is clearly personal taste. For me they are much too big, for others maybe still too small.

There is a limit: When you make your preview-window smaller then 80 pixel then the font-size gets 2 dots decreased. So just reduce the size of the preview-window

You are right, when you minimize the preview window the font does get smaller, I had noticed that before but the results were a little inconsistent. I finally figured them out. When you minimize the preview the font gets smaller, but when to you move to the next message the font again becomes bigger but in the same small window. You have to increase then reduce the size of the preview window in order to reduced the font size on each message.
