Screen shot error? [Could not receive FrameProperties]

Every time I try to pull a screenshot from MPE, I get this error:

Could not receive FrameProperties

What am I doing wrong? Dell STREAK Android 2.2

It seems that the Streak does use a new protocol for the screenshot. Please download the Android-SDK, run ddms.bat and check if the screenshot-feature is working in DDMS
