I have just discovered MyPhoneExplorer, and it seems to do exactly what I need. Except...
I am using Lotus Notes 8.5.2 on Windows 7-64-Pro and have 246 Contacts in the Name & Address book I want to sync with my Android phone.
MyPhoneExplorer displays all 246 contacts perfectly.
MyPhoneExplorer can connect to the phone over wireless.
When I sync, MyPhoneExplorer successfully pushes 141 contacts to the phone, but will not take the rest ("Force - Lotus Notes -> phone").
I deleted all contacts from the phone and did it again - same result.
Any ideas?
MyPhoneExplorer - Problem copying contacts

There were no error messages because it thought it had worked.
Anyway, I think I have solved the problem. It related to the fact that there were contacts present on the SIM card. Even though I had the phone configured to NOT show the SIM contacts (therefore I had forgotten about them), MyPhoneExplorer was taking them into consideration. If I removed the SIM card, then the sync worked perfectly. I have now deleted all contacts from the SIM card so that I can perform a sync.
I was struggling with connecting over wireless, but I have resolved that with a firewall rule.
Thanks for a very good product.
