Trouble sync'ing with Outlook Express

Hi there -

I think this s/w is awesome....very easy. Unfortunately, it won't sync with Outlook express. Every time I run it, I get an error.

Any ideas?

I just downloaded the app today so I have the latest.

Any help would be much appreciated.
