MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.5 not sync Galaxy S4@Android 4.3

Hi all,
my galaxy s4 with andoird 4.3 on board not sync any contacts, notes, calendar, etc with MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.5.

I also tried to enable the usb debug option with no success.

When I plug the s4 usb cable, Windows 7 recognize the device but when I run MyPhoneExplor it not act the sync capabilities, I must force it trying to synchronize something when an error message cames up saying:

impossible to connect the device, no device connected to the usb port.

It seems like MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.5 cannot install the android client on the device for the communication with the PC.
I also tryied to install it manually form google store but nothing to do, they do not get in sync.

MyPhoneExplor was my best tool for manage android phone, now this is the results with the ransition to Android 4.3.

How is it possible to solve this bug?

I could solve in part the prob.
Via Wi-Fi works.

I personally prefer connecting via wireless network because your phone can remember your home network settings and automatically connect to both your home network and MyPhoneExplorer (given that the client is open on your phone and the program is open on any computer on your network at the time the phone connects to the network).

Using the USB cable can damage the Micro-USB port on the phone, but connecting wirelessly doesn't damage the phone at all.
