Delete Obsolete (or no wanted) Group Names

As the subject says, i try to find a way to delete some group names but I can't. Is there a way to do this?

I guess that you are trying to delete the default groups in Android, Family, Friends, Coworkers...
They can't be deleted!

No, I mean the group names in the program, not in the phone

MyPhoneExplorer does show the groups of the phone, so if you delete them on the phone then they will be removed also in MyPhoneExplorer. f.e. DW Contacts is able to delete phone groups
