Another new phone Q

When I sync it says Failed to obtain the IP address of the phone. I have a new cell. It sync'd fine with my old cell phone. What do I need to do to get it to "see" my new cell phone? I'm on Wifi. Nothing has changed except for getting a new phone.

Is MyPhoneExplorer Client launche don your new phone and is it connected to your WiFi Router ? If yes then restart your router and try again
