Problem with phone numbers

Hello everybody, I had a problem with my contacts. I did an export from a Sony Live and then when I open the file all my phone numbers dissapeared, only the names left and the adress. The same with MyPhoneExplorer list, all the numbers go away. What is the problem?, can I get then back?. How?. My phone was stolen and only have this backup... Please help me...

It seems there is a bug in MyPhoneExplorer which does remove the numbers when you switch from a common SonyEricsson Profile to an Android profile. I did invest many yours to fix this issue but i was never able to reproduce it. If there is no backup and the phone is lost too then the numbers are lost, sorry.

I have the same problem. I lost all my phone numbers (on all my computers) in SonyEricsson profiles. That MPE databases also have android profiles. Does this problem persist? Will I lose numbers after each syncrinization in future? I shouldn't use SonyEricsson and Android profiles in one database simultaneously, is that correct?

If this would happen on every sync then i would be able to reproduce the issue and it would be fixed already. But this is not the case. If your SonyEricsson phone still exists then its no problem, you can get the numbers back with "Download entire".
