Calls rejecting when phone is connected to PC

I am a new user of My Phone Explorer and think it's superb - just the right level of features to be really useful and so far it's been rock solid and stable. I have a W810i phone.

The only thing I don't understand is that when I have my phone connected to the PC (I like to leave it connected to charge from the USB port), and a call comes in, the phone rings once, then rejects the call. I can answer it if I'm really quick, but it's usually too late.

Is there a way to set the phone or application so that the phone rings normally, whilst it's connected to my PC, without rejecting the call?

Enable call monitor.

I don't think it has something to do with MyPhoneExplorer. Maybe it helps to DISABLE the Call Monitor

Excuse my ignorance here, but is the phone monitor setting in the phone or in the MyPhoneExplorer?
