Unable to sync Thunderbird Calender

Love this app and am very pleased. Will donate via paypal once this little problem is fixed:

Phone: Galaxy Note III
Computer: Win7
Software: TBird 17.0.7
Lightning 1.9.1

Link established and contacts backed up.

Calender gives message:
MyPhoneExplorer plugin is old or not present
It also says
Folder structure could not be listed.

This is rather important, and any help would be warmly received.
