Improved interface to add files in the file-sync jobs

Hi,
I would like to get a better interface for adding files in the filter of file-sync jobs.
Something like in 'Documents to go'.
Instead of having to type in the file names, you should get a list of the files on the hard disk of your PC with the possibility to select the ones you want to synchronize or transfer.
