Outlook used to sync fine however one day it just stopped and I have tried everything I can think of that would be helpful. Any advise would be appreciated. I am also a paying customer.
My suggestion: Use the search function in this forum with keyword 'Outlook 2013' and you'll find a lot of problem descriptions and also a lot of solutions.
