i am both using android and htc 8x. sync of android is easy but sync of windows mobile with outlook is impossible. Windows mobile can use the address book of gmail. So i recommend you to sync outlook 2013 with gmail account. this will add windows mobile phone support:)
sync of google account with outlook is nice feature to add and i think it is easy to add. because myphoneexplorer has already a feature to sync phone with gmail directly. just add one more option: sync outlook with gmail.
MyPhoneExplorer is a software to manage your phone. Syncing Gmail with Outlook does not match the concept. Besides this i think there exists also other software to reach this target
