date for sent messages / accents in csv

Date for sent message are missing, but Phone displays it well (K600i).
It would be beneficial if someone wants to archive messages.

Other issue: some characters display incorrecltly when saved to csv.
(e.g.: instead of ő, o is saved).

The CSV-Format doesnt support a encoding-sheme of unicode-characters. Use *.html or *.xml for those messages.
