Connected call - pop up display icon

Hi - a funny one this, but would appreciate thoughts...
The icon in the top left of the popup screen (see screenshot) when for an "unknown" number is showing a particular contact - not a "default" icon as such but one from one of my contacts - and much as I like him I don't want to see his face every time I make a call!! Is it possible to say where this icon is being picked up from - and can I change it please?
