Outllook 2010 not opening multiple windows and crashing

HI, relatively new user of myphonexplorer and loving the syncronization but having a major issue.

When the addin is enabled in Outlook 2010 and I open another view in OUtlook (For example right click on calendar and choode open in new window) the new window does not open and soon after outllo crashes. As soon as I disable the myphoneexplorer add in the problem vanishes.

I use multiple monitors and outlook to organise everythin so really need this feature but woul love to be able to use myohonexplorer.

Any ideas or hope for a fix?

Actually I am not so worried now. I realise the crashing is just coming the add-in which I now uunderstand just gives you the option starting the sunc from outlook? Having disbaled the add-in the syncing is till working fine and I have no problems. If you are interested to investigate the add-in problem my outlook version is 14.0.6129.5000 32-bit
my phoneexplorer version is I believe the latest :1.8.4

The Addin makes sometimes problems which i were not able to reproduce on my machine. As you already wrote: The Add-in has nothing to do with the sync, its just for a few additional buttons Outlook. Its no problem to let the addin disabled.
