sync with web-calender and k610i
Thanks for a truly great program, I really like your "MyPhoneExplorer".
I'm wondering, I want to start using an online calender like the one Gmail offers(or Scrybe when it's out for the public).
How can I sync an online calendar using MyPhoneExplorer?

then i open myphone explorer..i lauch the sync and it import perfectly the new data in myphone database (and also in my phone...a w850i)
but if i write a new appointment first in Myphone explorer then i sync, it ask me to write it in my network shared calendar, i press OK .. then i go to my calendar via http, there isn't my new appointment...

without thunderbird action..
if i use ONLY MPE sync function happens this:
i add a new appointment..i start the sync..it ask me to syncronize with network calendar, i say OK and all go on without error...
if i restart the sync it ask me again to syncronize with network calendar..
if i check from http my calendar there isn't the appointment..
when i try to delete, if the appointment is already in calendar (becouse i've added it from thunderbird before) it ask me to sync from network to phone and it works becouse MPE works greatly if i import appointment already saved on network calendar
if there isn't an appointment on network, and i've it on MPE easly it delete the appointment from MPE database without asking me to sync becouse there isn't that appointment on network calendar
i hope you can understand me
thanks

it also didn't work...
if there is an appointment in network cal...and from MPE i delete, MPE delete it from its database and from phone...but when i re-sync it ask me if i want to create a new appointment in the phone or i want to delete it from network...
if i select the second nothing change...
at the next sync it ask me the same thing...
in the end MPE can read only from calendar..it cannot write....
any suggestion?
thanks

Synchronize Google Calendar with MyPhoneExplorer
I tried in vain to get the synchronisation of MPE with google calendar running.
If I use the google ical adress given under "private" the download works fine and MPE updates its calendar accordingly.
But how can I get the upload bit working? I always get http://.....ics
Error during upload!
404 Not Found
This happens with or without password and does not really surprise me, as google does make the .ics link only readable.
So in a second attempt, I tried to use a file on my computer, which I can then upload via "import" into google calendar. But this also is a problem, as file://C:/somepath.ics is not accepted by MPE.
So is there a way to get it really synchronised or do I have to go via synchronisation in outlook and writing a csv file which I upload. This all sounds bad.
Thanks a lot for any help!

added file:// protocol
Thanks for adding the file protocol!
Unfortunately it still does not make synchronising with google calendar easy. One would think that downloading the ics (ical) file from google and synchronising with it would be fine, but unfortunately google and or the phone add some "LAST-MODIFIED:20070221T202026Z" entries, which make the phone believe all entries have to be resent or reloaded.
Some entries are not identified as belonging together so they may appear twice after synchronisation.
Can one fix this? If yes, it might be useful to be add a feature in which an ical file gets automatically written which can then be importet in google.
Am I missing something or is synchronisation with google calendar not possible at all. As it looks like there are programs which claim to be able to do this. Unfortunatly I did not get any to run on my Windows XP mashine, whereas MyPhoneExplorer runs just fine.
If you known any way to get an easy two-way sync between MPE and google calendar, please tell me.
Many thanks again for the help!
