I've been using MPE with an old SE for years, but now I can't connect my Android-based Sony Xperia Tipo. I followed the instructions carefully but when pressing F1, it does not establish connection to the phone.
Is this normal for this model?
is MPE compatible with Sony Xperia Tipo ST21?

It doesn't appear in the list because it's not being updated with new phones, but it says every Android device is supported past Ver 1.6

Blade Android 2.3.4
CyanogenMod 7.1.0-RC1-Blade
CyanogenMod 7.1.0-RC1-Blade
It works.
I got that model Tipo
ST21i
Program: 11.0.A.4.22
Android 4.0.4 (original)
I have two Z too C6603
One I updated to the latest fw
Program: 10.1.A.1.434
Android: 4.1.2
and one with the fw that it had on delivery
Program: 10.1.A.1.350
And a Xperia Arc S
And I have a Xperia Active at work.
They all work with MyPhoneExplorer, the Arc S I haven't used that much but I know it works.
Check the app settings in the phone so the client is turned on, small icon should be visible.
It is doesn't work with WiFi, try with USB or Bluetooth.
I can assist with more of my settings on request if you can't kick-start it

Sony Xperia Tipo ST21a
.. I'ts working now. I think it was a driver issue. I had to install PC Companion, and then wait for the ADB drivers appear as if by magic. In addition, there is an option on the phone "allow unknown applications" or something like that, I guess it must have to do with installing the MPE client.
Thank you all. MPE rocks!
