Birthday reminders are off - outlook

Outlook create an all day event as a birthday reminder.
The contact is synchronized right.
But the reminder created in this way is shown in the MyPhoneExplorer a day ahead of time.
All day events manually created in outlook synch fine to MyPhoneExplorer but not birthday reminders automaticallyl created by outlook.

I'm having the same problem. I just updated to desktop v1.8.4 and client 1.0.23. Some (but not all) of the birthday's from my Outlook (2007)contacts are now one day earlier on the calendar than they should be. Outlook is still correct, the phone and MPE are early. I tried adding a new birthday to a contact and it came through a day early. It appears to be reading the Outlook date wrong because in the sync window it shows nothing on the phone, and the calendar item on Outlook one day earlier than it really is. I'm syncing to an HTC Rezound on Android v.4.0.3

I experience same problem syncing birthday appointments between my HTC DisireS (Android 4.0.4, MPE Client 1.0.23) and PC with Windows7 (Outlook 2007, MPE 1.8.4). Birthday entries in Oulook have been automatically created in Outlook with correсt data, but after syncing they appear in phone moved back by one or two days. For several contacts (of about 50), they appear in the phone correctly.
This problem is mentioned in the internet many times since years, but I haven't found neither solution nor even explanation how it happens.

To reproduce step-by-step:
1. Create new contact in Outlook
2. Specify name and the birthday 50 years ago (18-03-1963 in my case)
3. Make sure that new entry is created in Outlook calendar on today and each 18-th of March
4. Start MyPhoneExplorer Client on the phone
5. Start MyPhoneExplorer on PC and connect to the phone (I used WiFi connection, though it doesn't seem to be of any matter)
6. Make sure that "Show confirmation..." checkox is checked in File->Options->Sync->Calender_Advanced
7. Go Organizer->Appointments tab in MPE on PC
8. Press Sync button.
You'll see the "Confirmation for Sync" dialog with new entry in Outlook with birthday on 17-03-1963 - one day before the data specified earlier. Thus the problem seems to be not in MPE Client on phone but on PC-side.

9. Abort syncing
10. Now change birthday of the contact in Outlook to 18-03-2010 (exactly three years ago). Ensure that wrong birthday date is recognized in MPE again.
11. Nowthen set birthday to 19-03-2010 (one day later!). MPE sync recognizes birthday correctly on 18-03-2010 and appointment in phone will be created correctly.

Would be very nice to have this issue fixed.
In all other aspects I like MyPhoneExplorer very useful and comfortable!

I know about this issue but i have no idea how i should fix this that it works stable.

You could switch back to the old Outlook interface to check if it works better:
-> Start-Run-%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\general.ini-OK
-> add below [Main] a new line: UseOutlookObjectModel=1
-> save the file
-> sync again

This helped in my case. Now almost 50 birthdays get moved in the phote to correct days.

Maybe it would have sence to provide this hint in the top of the conference for those who experience problem.
