Synchronization

A small question about sync with Outlook. Is it possible to set the Category field when I'm uploading contact (new contact) from the Phone?

Right now I have the following settings in the MPE config: "Add contacts only if the Category field contains PHONE". Just to have limited set of contacs in the phone.

But if I'm adding contact from the phone it will be uploaded with an empty field. After a phone reset (bad idea, but it's possible...) this contact will not be synchronized

May be I messed something?
