Connection to Phone not possible (W810i)

Hi

program seems great so far, recognizes the phone and all and I've had a number of good syncs. Suddenly during every sync now I'm getting 'Connection to Phone not possible'. I'm using a W810i...

is this a known issue? I'd love to get this to work.

BTW the SE PC Suite doesn't work great at all, I'm getting the infamous 'CAPI crash' even when my phone is not connected. I haven't installed any drivers for the phone, it's just communicating over COM6
