Hello,
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note, i have install Myphoneexplorer and It works great! But I have a problem, why close under the battery symbol not show the symbol of the power of the signal? I also went under Other - Statistics device, but on signal quality is not indicated anything! What can I do? Crying or Very sad

I also tried with my Samsung Galaxy Ace, however I have no problem with this! I think it's because of some configuration of the Galaxy Note or the different versions of Android, in fact I have on my Samsung Galaxy Note Android 4.0.4 on Samsung Galaxy Ace while I Android 2.3.6. How can you solve?

Its a general Samsung issue. There is no app able to read the signal status on these phones

Actually, I have investigated this problem, when I connect the phone to MyPhoneExplorer in device go to: SETTINGS - ABOUT DEVICE - STATE, then doing so on the computer icon appears in the reception, but just change the page in the device, on the computer remains the last received signal power and does not update the more the signal. Can you do something?

Yes, i saw the same behaviour on my old SGS2. This issue happens only on Samsung phones and i have found no workaround for this problem.
