Folder structure from outlook could not be listed

I used to sync all my contacts in outlook with my phone (W800i) using myPhoneExplorer.

Now i have lost all my contact in Outlook (forgot to copy them over when i changed laptops at work) and i want to retrieve them from my phone!

If i goto OPTIONS > SYNC > Outlook Contacts

and click advanced i get the error message below:


needless to say i cannot perform the sync and if i try them MPE crashes (without error messgae).

Any ides?

I am using V1.5.8 and Outlook 2003 with a SE W800i

Repair your Outlook-Installation and it should work

PS> i have notides the "Create Sync Logs" check box which i have ticked, but i cannot find the log files.

I have looked in My Programs and User "Application Data" but neither seem to contain any log files???

That seems to have done the trick! It is currently sync'ing away happiliy!

Synclogs are only generated if there were changes in the databases. Go to settings->sync - then you can open the last logfile directly with MyPhoneExplorer
