Crash On Very Large File Transfers

I like to use Multi-Sync to make an incremental backup of my entire phone when I plug it into the PC to charge (internal memory only, not the SD card). Unfortunately, this has a tendency to crash occasionally, with MPE exiting suddenly before completion. Once this happens, MPE will not successfully complete a Multi-Sync again until I either delete or rename the target folder and start afresh. Which is a bit tedious.

Any thoughts?

Please post the logfile directly after crash (or at least the last 50 lines of it). Since MyPhoneExplorer does crash you have to open it manually (Start->Run->%appdata%\MyPhoneExplorer\Debug.txt->OK)
