Modify Balloon popup for message notifications

I am using the android client version and the latest install of pc software. I am looking to know if it is possible to change the balloon popup to just display the person a text message is from and no message content?

Just add the following line to

C: \ Documents and Settings \ <user> \ Application Data \ MyPhoneExplorer \ general.ini

When new SMS message to Balloon Show no message body:
