I have a customer that has been using MPE with his Moto Droid, with no problems.
But he has just moved to a Moto Droid X2, and the SD Storage is not visible under Files. It was visible in his old Droid.
I have re-installed and formatted the new 32GB micro SD card in the X2, and its status is mounted.
I upgraded his PC app to the newest version, and the phone has the newest version -- installed 22-OCT.
Is there some other setting that must be changed to allow outside access to the SD storage? Any suggestions appreciated.

Normally MyPhoneExplorer should detect the location of the external card automatically. Please check if you are able to see the external card in \System storage\mnt\ and if yes then tell me the path. Also check the again if you are using the latest versions:
PC app: 1.8.4
Client on the phone: 1.0.22

Not sure, in \System storage\mnt\ the below folders are shown. Selecting any that look like the SD displays an empty folder displaying "The folder is empty" and an error occurs when when trying to drop a file in it.
I am using the latest versions of both.
I can also go into My Computer of the PC (with phone plugged in USB) where MOT (E: ) and MOT (F: ) drives are displayed. I have full access to them in that way. E: is the phones internal memory, F: is the SD card.
If the cards are mounted in windows in "My Computer" then the phone and so also MyPhoneExplorer has no access to it. Unmount your cards from windows, then it will work with MyPhoneExplorer

OK
Using the Compmgmt.msc, I unmounted both using the following instructions.

MPE still not displaying SD.

So Unmounting the drives in Windows made no difference.
I have my own MPE PC app installed and have tested this issue with another Moto Droid X2 (all newest versions) same problem.
Its really strange the old Droid works perfectly, but the X2 does not.
Has the developer ever tested MPE on a Moto Droid X2?
Any other suggestions appreciated.
