Can't get Outlook Calender items to update Google Account

Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I have Phoneexplorer syncing with my Outlook 2010 calender with my Android Droid X and entries are showing up on the phone and are in Phone Explorer, but they are all being tagged as "phone only" entries, so are not being synced to Google. Unlike the contacts option, I do not see an option, to enter new Calender entries as Google Account enties. How do I get the phone entries the PHE entered to also show up on Google calenders. The reason why I want to do this is I have multiple devices and want all the calenders to be the same.

There is a setting for this in MyPhoneExplorer Client on the phone. Its called "Add new events in..."
