Remote control breaks Amazon Kindle app.

On my HTC Desire (Bravo) I noticed that my Amazon Kindle app Force Closed today and the only way to fix it was a reboot. I have subsequently found that the problem is consistently repeatable and related to the new remote Control feature of the latest MPE.
After a reboot, the Kindle app works fine. However, if I then open the Control Phone option in MPE and do anything that interacts with the phone, e.g. slide the home page over, any subsequent attempt to open the Kindle app results in an FC. The only cure being a reboot, even closing the MPE client does not fix the issue.

I have tried Droid VNC and the screenshot option of QtADB and none of those appear to break the Kindle app, only MPE remote control. I've also checked several other apps and they all work fine, it just seems to be Kindle that breaks.

Any ideas? Anything else you want me to do/try/test?

Droid VNC uses its own interface which works only on rooted phones, QtADB can get only screenshots without controlling the phone. So you cannot compare them.

MyPhoneExplorer does use a inbuild interface which is basicly made for testing puroses, this works on every phone even unrooted phones. This is the good thing, the bad thing is that i only can send events to this interface, i cannot control how the events are handled on the phone.
