Sync problem?

Hi, wonder if this is a sync problem or the way MyPhoneExplorer has been designed:
I have an entry in Outlook2010 for example, for John, telephone +27114534567 and it is correctly synced with my HTC Sensation.

I now update the phone number in Outlook from +27114534567 to +27 11 453 4567 (in other words same number but display format changes). This is not updated in my HTC when I synchronize. If I change the number in HTC to the new format, it will accept the new format, so the issue is not with format of the number

MyPhoneExplorer does compare the unformated number, the reason for this is backward compatibility

Thank you, but how do I get the HTC to be updated with the change in Outlook2010. In fact, when I sync, the new changed format phone number in Outlook2010 is not even reflected as a change when I sync.

Hmm - you could put a change in the contact note so that MyPhoneExplorer does detect a change. If you need this for several contacts hen maybe it would be the easiest to remove them from phone and then recreate with the sync (take care to set the Sync to "Force Outlook -> phone" in this case!!)
