I always get these messages when I try to do anything with MyPhoneExplorer on my PC: "Connection to phone could not be established", and "no device attached to USB." This happens no matter whether I'm connected. The Wi-Fi connection which should initiate more or less automatically seems completely dead.
I'm not a technician. I just want to load software that will work without me having to have a computer science degree.
My phone is a Samsung Note (I think it is SGH-i717)
My PC operating system is Windows 7
Can anyone help me make this work?
Sumsung Note not connecting

Did you
- install KIES (where the drivers for USB are included),
- enable USB debugging
- read "Howto and FAQ's"
- check if a personal firewall blocks communication?
best regards...

I do it today with my own Samsung Note and it worked fine.
I just had to re-install the Samsung USB drivers that you can find in Kies folders (normaly in C:\Program Files\SAMSUNG\Kies\USB Driver\SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.exe) because first MyPhoneExplorer soft was not able to connect to the phone.
