HELP!:MPE Add-in causing Outlook 2010 to Crash or Hang/Ghost

Using latest MPE v1.8.2 with OL2010 SP1 (14.0.6025.1000) MSO (14.0.6106.5005) x32 version

I'm experiencing persistently random and frequent crashes or program hangs where Outlook displays that it's not responding. I have to force OL closed, and then restart it. I've attached stack traces to help troubleshoot. This is corrupting my PST/OST files and it's very frustrating. I've repaired using ScanPST/OST, but each new crash corrupts things again.

Please help!!

Disable MyPhoneExplorer from the Addin-List in Outlook

What are the consequences of disabling the MPE Addin? How does that affect syncing? My problems have been twofold:

1. Outlook 2010 crashing
2. Right click the buttons at the bottom of the navigation pane and opening the target of the button in a new window has been impossible.

Both of these problems were solved by disabling of the MPE addin, Now I want to know what is NOT possible in MPE without the addin.

The Addin does not affect MyPhoneExplorer's sync in any way. It just adds some comfortable menu-items in the contextmenu of contacts in Outlook, thats all. So its save to disable it

see my post at http://www.fjsoft.at/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18525&highlight=outlook+crash&sid=8cb8bece0f7ec1630aa23a161f5acbb1. Disabling the add-in DID NOT solve my problem with Outlook crashes. I had to uninstall MPE to get the crashes to stop.

MyPhoneExplorer is connected to Outlook only during sync so this cannot be the reason
