Use File As field from Outlook for Name in Phone contact

Outlook has a Full Name, Company, and a File xxx field. When I synced, it appears to use the Name if there is one, if not, it uses the Company field.
It should use the File As field so that the contacts on my phone look like the contacts in Outlook.

The filed "Displayname" (which is equal to File as... in Outlook) is write protected in Android so your wish is not possible

Can it not be opened in read/write mode? What about rooted phones? :wink:

Why not make your Fileas field the same as your Full name field?

To what end? They are seperate for a reason.
