Answered: Call History syncs last 100 entries

I have 14 months of call history on my phone (back to January 2011).

But only part of the last 2 months are syncing to MyPhoneExplorer. Is it supposed to sync the entire history or just the last 100 entries or something?

Is there a "Sync All" call history option?

or perhaps a way to clear the info on the PC and re-sync (refresh doesn't work)?

How far back is Call History syncing for everyone else?

With over 100 views and no replies, can someone just tell me how far back their Call History is syncing?

Is there really a need for a poll ? Its a simple technical question which can be only answered by me. For Android MyPhoneExplorer does download the last 100 dialed, accepted and unanswered calls. So all in all 300 items. I know this is not perfect, but since you are the first user which does care about this i think its not really important

It's important for me. I need a copy of my entire phone history for a law suit.

Plus I didn't know whether I was having a problem or not. Now I know it's a built-in limitation. Thanks for sharing the numbers.

Do you know of any other app that will export the entire Call History?

Take a look at this. It seems to create xml-Backups which you could open f.e. with Excel
