Good day,
I have just started using MyPhoneExplorer, and am very excited about the sync capabilities.
I am having one problem I hope you can assist with: when syncing tasks with Outlook, they are syncing between Outlook and the MPE desktop, but do not show on my phone. Where will they show up? I have been able to get calendar appts to show up as tasks in a program such as gTasks, but not the actual tasks.
My details:
- Samsung Epic (SPH-D700)
- USB and wireless connection
- MPE 1.0.16
- Windows 7
Thank you so much for any help you can provide.

When you install MyPhoneExplorer on your phone, the following apps are added to your apps list :jsimmschurch hat geschrieben:Where do you see your tasks on your phone? Do you have a 3rd-party app? Or does the Galaxy S2 have a native task app?
-MPE Notes.
-MPE Tasks.
Simply start MPE Tasks, you will see all your tasks.
You can't see them in other task apps (as gTasks), but MPE Tasks is really good, so no need for another one.

Syncing Outlook tasks
Hello there, apropos the discussion on this thread, I suspect I must be missing something rudimentary because I've downloaded My Phone Explorer version 1.8.2 to my PC and My Phone Explorer Client version 1.0.17 (which seems to be the only version available) to my HTC Incredible S but there seems to be nary a mention of MPE Tasks (which I'm keen to sync) or MPE Notes among my phone apps. I must be doing wrong?

Thanks for your prompt response. After I posted my question I removed MPE from my PC and phone and then reinstalled both and found I had two new apps! Not sure what had happened before. Did I miss the app icons because they appear as 'MPE Notes' and 'MPE Tasks' rather than 'MyPhoneExplorer Notes/Tasks' etc? I didn't think I had, but I'm an old bugger so anything is possible!! I remember HTC Sync pointblank refused to work between my phone and PC until the third uninstall/reinstall after which it was fine - for a while. It worked for a few days then became non-functional again which had me searching for an alternative app for syncing calendar, contacts and tasks. I'm glad I did because I then found MPE which is much, much better, more features, many more options and generally just a superior product to HTC Sync. I'll be roadtesting it for another week and will then make a donation to FJ.
Thanks again, problem solved.
