Can't connect to bluetooth - Connection to phone could not..

Connection to phone could not be established:
Could not open COM7!

I had this working last week. Can't think what's changed to stop this from working.

I've tried:
- Removing the device from my bluetooth devices and re-adding it,
- De-selecting and re-selecting the "Serial port (SPP) 'MyPhoneExplorer'" Service in the bluetooth device properties
- Uninstalling (re-booting) and re-installing MPE on the PC
- Using a different COM port in MPE (COM9 - Standard Serial over Bluetooth)

None of these fixed or got around the problem.

One strange thing that I haven't seen before is that there are two "Serial port (SPP) 'MyPhoneExplorer'" Services in the services tab of the device properties. One has its checkbox un-checked and doesn't have a COM port associated with it. The other has COM7 and is checked.

I have tried removing both Incoming and Outgoing COM Ports from the Bluetooth Setting dialog->COM Ports tab but this didn't fix the problem either.

This should not happen.
- restart your phone
- remove the phone from your bluetooth environment on the PC
- make a new pairing, check which COM-Port was assigned and then try again

Restarted phone - only one COM port showing in the device now and it's connecting fine again via BT.
