OL 2010 calendar with organiser name

Good day,
In OL appointment just above the Appointment is the Organis(z)er with the email address of the person who sent the invitation.
If I create the meeting I add attendees.
Is there a way to get the invitee names and the organiser name into MPE?

I often arrive at a cutomer and don't have the name I am visiting (bad memery).

Currently no ETA. The problem with the invitations is currently that the phone will send the invitations again (and normally they are already sent by Outlook from PC). I have found no way to avoid the phone from sending the invitations twice

As for the Outlook meeting organizer and invitees, I understand the problem of the phone sending the invite again. This is also the only thing I really wish your program had.

Is there maybe a way you could merge the invitees from Outlook in with the notes section on the phone? This could prevent the phone from sending invites since it wouldn't have people to invite, but at least it'd have the names in the phone meeting somewhere. Just a thought....

I'd like to support the suggestion below: putting the attandees into the notes field (perhaps at the beginning, or the end?) is better than nothing.
It's the only thing I'm missing: having no information about participants of meetings sometimes is difficult...

The notes field is already used. And joining several fields into one field is too riskfully
