Missing middle name field

First of all a big compliment for the app. Works much better than the Samsung Kies app or the HTC app. One request though for the addition of the 'middle name' field in MPE.
This field is supported in Outlook and essential in countries like Holland, Belgium and Germany and probably more countries. Names are sorted by last_name. Example Robin van Persie is listed as <last_name> 'Persie', <middle_name> 'van' <First_name> Robin
Are there any plans to support this field or is there a workaround for this problem.

Although MPE does not show the middle name, I am almost certain that it does sync the middle name correctly to/from Outlook. It has worked for me, though I only have a few contacts with middle names.

Why MPE is not configured to display it is still a mystery to me.
